Quality Assurance and Control

Quality at YERIK is not just modern plants and equipment. Its an everyday discipline. It's the attitude that masters the challenge of growth and change. We are striving to delivery best quality product to our customers . As a strategy, Yerik has split its quality function into two different operation, i.e. Quality assurance and Quality Control.
With the increasing complexity of tolerances and increased customer expectations , the need for Quality Planning has never been higher . The Quality Assurance function is taking up this part , by making all APQP and Quality Planning documents before the start of any new project and is ensuring its implementation and compliance at each level , with the help of Quality Control function. With newer additions to the existing Laboratory , it is one of the best equipped laboratory . The installed lab facilities include :

As part of a QA function, we are having a dedicated internal Standard Room function, which ensure that each quality equipment , including, Snap, Ring, Thread gauges, Measuring Instruments, Height Gauges etc are controlled and calibrated periodically and are in best health during use.

Regular Training Programs are organized for the Shop Floor Operator, Supervisor and Managers , which include Modern techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke , SMED, 3M and 7QC tools. Our plant is ready 24/7 for any any Technical Audits

Yerik is a ISO9001:2008 certified company by TUV of Austria.
The Quality is controlled at three different levels, i.e. Incoming, In process and Pre-Dispatch (PDI). The quality records are preserved for 6 months for any backward traceability.
